Ralph's responsibilities as part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England) are to provide our facilities customers with the most cost effective commercial mechanical services possible while simultaneously reducing owning and operating costs. Ralph plans, directs and coordinates the efforts of vendors, service technicians and others to ensure the customer receives proposals, solutions, facilities maintenance contracts and HAVC repair costs in a timely manner in order to meet the customer's needs and requirements. Ralph also works directly and very closely with his customers to determine the most economical mechanical equipment repairs, replacement and/or upgrades within the facility.
Mechanical Service, Electrical Engineering & Sales Expertise
Ralph has extensive experience in the service industry ranging from several years with a mechanical contractor specializing in hands-on field service and installation to over seventeen years as a Service Manager with another mechanical contractor in which he grew the customer base to a multi-state operation. Specializing in sales, Ralph then worked at a Framingham company developing a customer base that included both service and sales of projects, building and mechanical maintenance contracts and repairs. Ralph has been at EMCOR Services since 2000 developing and maintaining many customer accounts.
Ralph has an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute and has numerous state licenses in the mechanical trades.
The Personal Side
Ralph enjoys spending time with his wife Marilyn, sons Benjamin, Peter and Samuel, daughters Kelsey and Cara and his newest daughter-in-law Betsy whom Peter just recently married. He likes to attend his daughter Cara's soccer games. In his spare time, he also enjoys working on his boat as well as other homespun projects.
