As part of the sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Jim is responsible for estimating / selling and managing awarded projects from inception to completion. Jim coordinates with the customers and arranges all of the necessary labor, subcontractors, equipment, parts and procurement that each project requires. Jim works closely with both our technicians and our customers to ensure quality installations and complete customer satisfaction.

Expertise

Jim has been in the HVAC field for over 10 years. He graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy in 2002 with a B.S. in Facilities and Environmental Engineering and in 2008 received his Masters of Sciences in Facilities Management from the same school. Before joining EMCOR in 2008, Jim worked as a Utility Operator at waste to energy facilities in Connecticut and Massachusetts where he obtained his second-class fireman license. Jim also worked as a building engineer for Equity Office Properties and Lincoln Properties Company in downtown Boston, where he took HVAC classes, OSHA training and received his EPA Universal Refrigeration certificate. Jim is involved in the Association of Energy Engineers where he has received his Certified Energy Manager's certificate and the Association of Facilities Engineers where he has received his Certified Plant Maintenance Managers certificate.
