As part of the sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Mark is responsible for identifying and responding to the needs and requirements of new and existing customers.  Mark works with customers on a vast range of mechanical and refrigeration issues, as well as providing control and energy efficiency solutions from small platforms to large facilities and process equipment.  He designs and provides estimates for equipment replacement, repairs and preventative maintenance agreements.  Mark is responsible for the coordination of projects with technicians and subcontractors to provide quality service and a great end result to the customer.

Expertise

Mark joined the EMCOR team as a service technician in 2000.  He worked on a wide variety of commercial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, large tonnage chillers and controls systems.  He was responsible for running and maintaining large tonnage facilities to ensure reliability and longevity of customer’s mechanical equipment.  Mark has since moved into a new position at EMCOR as a project sales representative.

Mark completed five years of schooling at the Pipefitters Local 537 training center.  He is a Star Certified Service Technician and currently holds a Massachusetts Pipefitter license, Refrigeration license and Oil Burner license.  He also holds a Rhode Island Refrigeration license.

The Personal Side

Mark enjoys spending his weekends with his family and friends.  He also enjoys skiing, family vacations and attending his children’s sporting events.
