As part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Mike is responsible for providing quality service to both new and existing customers. He prepares and delivers technical and financial presentations to building owners to provide more efficient operation of heating and cooling systems. Mike focuses on helping customers reduce energy consumption within their facility. He works closely with customers to determine the most economical repairs, replacement and/or upgrades to their mechanical equipment. He also estimates and sells many design build projects throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Expertise

Mike graduated from Clarkson College with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has extensive experience working in the HVAC service industry. Prior to working at EMCOR Services Northeast, Mike worked for Honeywell for 9 years as a Sales Representative selling systems and services throughout the Greater Boston area. Mike later joined Carrier Corporation and worked there for 26 years as a Sales Representative and Branch Service Manager. He was responsible for the sale and execution of many service agreements to customers throughout the Greater Boston area as well as Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. He was also responsible for the start up and growth of the Rhode Island office and he supervised the office’s daily operation. Mike joined the EMCOR Services Northeast team in March of 2009

The Personal Side

Mike enjoys spending time with his four children, two sons and two daughters. In his spare time, he takes pleasure in carpentry and doing projects around the house. He also loves sailing, traveling, and visiting old friends.
