As part of the Sales team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Paul is responsible for identifying and responding to the needs and requirements of our customers. He works closely with customers to determine the most economical repairs, replacement and/or upgrades to commercial mechanical equipment within their facility. Paul designs, estimates, proposes and sells a project and then manages that project from inception to completion. He coordinates the efforts of both technicians and subcontractors to make sure quality service is given to our customers. He works with the Sales Engineers to direct the project labor force to ensure that all customers receive service in a timely manner. Paul estimates and creates facilities preventive maintenance agreements to help customers maintain their mechanical HVAC equipment and reduce their owning and operating costs.

Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVACR) Expertise

Paul started working in the HVAC industry in 1985 after graduating from Northeast Institute of Industrial Technology in Boston, Massachusetts. He worked for CommAir for 23 years where he held positions as a Technician for 15 years and moved on to his current position as Sales Engineer for the past 8 years.

Paul has Massachusetts Refrigeration and Oil Burner Technician licenses.

Paul likes spending his spare time with family and friends. He especially enjoys golfing.
