As part of the Service Management Team at EMCOR Services Northeast in Stoughton, Massachusetts (New England), Dan works closely with the Vice President of Service. He is involved in day-to-day decisions and building management and maintenance solutions for customer problems. He assists the field technicians to ensure our work meets our customer's expectations. Dan writes customer quotes for small service projects and is also involved daily with the other members of the service and sales departments with the coordination of labor for facilities service work as well as project work.

Commercial HVAC Services Expertise

Dan has been working in the commercial heating and air conditioning services industry since 1979. His field experience began with the service and installation of temperature control systems, which included pneumatic, electric, electronic and DDC controls. He also performed project management work while employed at an engineering firm. In addition, Dan has spent 22 years as a technician servicing commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, boilers, burners, pumps, vav's etc. Dan joined CommAir in 2002 and in the fall of 2006 came into the office and joined the Service Management Team as a Service Manager.

Dan has an Associates Degree in HVAC technology. He has also attended many building control and equipment manufacturer's training seminars and classes. He is a member of the Pipefitters Local 537 and holds a Massachusetts refrigeration technician's license and oil burner technician's license, as well as an EPA universal refrigerant certificate.

The Personal Side

Dan coached youth baseball for ten years. He enjoys taking vacations to the Caribbean with his wife Chrisy. He also enjoys bass fishing and golfing with his sons, Dan Jr. and Anthony.
