Customer Service Representative
As part of the operations team at EMCOR Services Northeast, Rob builds and maintains relationships with EMCOR’s national accounts team in Arizona. He schedules technicians, orders parts, and serves as a point of communication for the national accounts program. Rob is essential to the company’s preventive maintenance program, as he is responsible for maintaining filter lists along with ordering the filters for all of the contracted customer sites. He also receives and organizes all shipments coming in and out of the facility on a daily basis.
Rob has extensive experience in the service industry with a strong background in customer service, shipping, and receiving. He was employed with Alden's Autoparts Warehouse as the shipping department supervisor for 15 years where he was responsible for inventory control, stocking and picking up, and shipping more than 1,000 units per day. He later went on to Specialty Supply and Marketing, Inc. where he held the position as a customer service representative and accounts payable coordinator. He worked with customers to ensure proper ordering and billing, organized deliveries, and processed all invoices for payment to vendors. Rob joined the Northeast team in Stoughton, Massachusetts in 2004 as a customer service representative.
The Personal Side
Rob enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and son. He finds enjoyment in house repairs and landscaping. He stays active by going to the gym.
