FACILITIES MAINTENANCE & EMERGENCY RESPONSE SOLUTION
We helped Children's Hospital Boston achieve its mission by making highly trained, experienced facilities maintenance and management technicians available around-the-clock to perform preventive HVAC, mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on this facility's critical equipment. The scope of work includes quarterly facilities preventive maintenance services and 24/7/365 emergency response service for two hospital data centers, environmental walk-in boxes in the hospital's 14-story research facility, a blood bank in the patient-care hospital, and heart pump chillers in operating rooms. The environmental boxes are especially vital, since they often contain weeks, months, or even years worth of ongoing experiments performed by the hospital's research doctors in Boston, MA.
We have had a facilities maintenance contract with Massachusetts Children's Hospital since 1961. This has allowed the company to build considerable medical and healthcare facilities maintenance expertise with regard to the critical nature of this organization's equipment and mission.
